Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Magic Earth designs. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains our shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, exchanges, and order-cancellation practices.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After an order is processed, delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and the carrier’s service level.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders, as stated on the Website or at checkout.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply-chain interruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times. If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout or otherwise required by law, we will contact you with available options, which may include cancellation and a refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders as soon as possible. To request a change or cancellation, email hello@magicearthdesigns.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

We cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel an order after it has been placed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process below, if eligible.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, email hello@magicearthdesigns.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for the return.

We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact hello@magicearthdesigns.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return results from our error, a damaged item or an incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
