Magic Earth Designs was born from my longing for stillness in a world that moves too fast. What started as a personal practice of slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and listening inward has evolved into a collection of journals, paper goods, and creative art designed to hold space for those who crave beauty, stillness, and a little bit of wonder.

Every product is made as to bring a little magic and intention into your everyday moments. Because we believe the things on your desk, in your bag, and on your walls should should spark a little joy and its own kind of self-care.

About Claire

I was born in South Africa, and after 20 years living in Europe as a renowned wedding photographer, I found myself drawn across the ocean to California. In 2018 I built a stock photography library for wellness and holistic business owners — and what started with photography slowly grew, as my members kept asking for more. Canva templates, guided journals, guidebooks — I said yes to all of it, following their lead and my own curiosity.

But something was still calling me deeper. I eventually found myself in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and everything changed. The seasons, the stillness, the fireflies dancing in the summer heat — nature handed me back a part of myself I hadn't realized I'd been missing.

After years of creating in the digital world, I craved the feel of paper in my hands and the magic of watching something come to life physically. That longing became my first product — the Ground & Grow Daily Journal — and with it, I rediscovered the pure joy of drawing, coloring, and creating with my hands.
